The Company provides software, sales systems, CRM tools, training resources, and related business services under Evo Meta Systems, SetterOS, and related brands or offerings.

All software, branding, systems, scripts, content, workflows, training materials, and related intellectual property are owned by Evo Meta Systems LLC unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for non-payment, misuse, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms or related policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evo Meta Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
